Your new caravan requires a 50mm High-rise towball with locking plate. We have these available for purchase at $120 each. This requires removal of your existing towball only, to be replaced by the new one. If coming to collect your caravan, please ensure you have removed this beforehand as in some instances they can be very tight and need specialist tools to remove. Ideal height of the centre of the towball from the ground, when the vehicle is laden, is 350-420mm
